Fleischhacker Delivery Conditions
Delivery
We deliver to medical circles within Germany by parcel service or forwarding agency (bulky goods) from a net order value of € 100,- free domicile, including packaging. Under € 100,- we charge freight costs of € 4,80. Under € 50,- we charge an additional fee of € 6,- for small quantities. The risk for the shipment is transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Terms of delivery
If you are ordering from us for the first time, we ask you to specify your exact medical activity. We will get in touch with you by telephone and ask you to prove your identity by fax with your doctor's stamp or trade licence. For new customers, who do not yet have a legitimation, we deliver only against prepayment or Paypal. Delivery periods stated by us are non-binding. Any delays do not entitle the customer to claims for damages. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this seems advantageous for a speedy processing. Partial deliveries made and invoiced by us are to be regulated within the framework of our terms of payment.
Prices and payments
In view of the changing economic circumstances, our catalogue prices must remain non-binding. They are net prices, plus statutory value-added tax. Obvious spelling mistakes in our offers do not bind us. With each publication all previous catalogue prices become invalid. We deliver within Germany. Unless otherwise agreed, our prices are net prices, plus applicable value-added tax, payable within 14 days.
